The Dobbins POW/MIA Memorial Park is located on Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia. Sitting on a sloped acre, the terraced, triangular-shaped park lies between Atlantic Blvd. and Fourth Street, near the Navy Dispensary. The park was built and is maintained using U.S. Air Force funding.

The park was originally funded in 2000 and construction began early in 2001, but after September 11, was delayed as resources were redirected. In the meantime, the park underwent several gully washers and some were wondering if it would ever get back on track.
