Below, Chief Master St. Sandra Wright with the 80th Aerial Port Squadron served as this year's MC for the annual Living Memorial Ceremony. This year, shrubs were planted on each end of the Vietnam wall.

Chief Master Sgt. Joyce Scott from the Transportation Proficiency Center greets Col. Richardson. The TPC students attend the ceremony and assist with the planting.

The weather plays a pivotal role for much of the preparation. Cool and dry weather means an open-air ceremony. Heat or rain means a tent. Thank goodness for volunteers! As a little drizzle is falling, the tent goes up. Below they begin putting up the main tent after setting up a tent for refreshments.
